My Story

God has been with me my entire life. I have been blessed from birth.
It took me a while to see His hand in my life, but looking back its 20/20.

My mother was just a scared teenage girl when I was born.
I never have, nor likly ever will know anything about my father

However God was with me. He placed me in the care of my wonderful
Grandmother. She taught me about Jesus, and sang me to sleep
Taught me how to pray, and what heavan would be like.

When I was about 4 my mother met a great guy, and I moved
in with them. God gave me a father to raise me, and teach me lifes lessons

He taught me to be a man, and to hate injustice, and love mercy, and to be kind

I had fallen away from the Love that I had once had for God, and by the time I was
21 I didnt even believe in God anymore. I had my life just the way I wanted it

Then God smashed me to pieces. He wrecked my plans, and I realized that I didnt
have any control. At my lowest point I returned to my childhood home. I began to
search for God.

I knew right then that I couldnt save myself, so I figured Id give Jesus a try
I challenged Him. I would read some of the piture bible my girlfriend gave me
Then Id tell Him, see I have made an effort, now its your turn
After about a yr or so

He revealed Himself to me.

I was in church, again I was challenging Him. I would say
see I am here in church. And then it happened. I was pazalized
Overwhelmed, my whole body contracted, tears running down my face.

I did not see Him with my eyes, nor did I hear His voice
But I felt His presence so intensely that I could never deny Him again

He Saved me! I had a long road to walk, but I knew the end.

In the years since I have come to a real relationship with Him

I have been blessed all the days of my life

I can see His hand in my life, and I run to Him whenever I am
weak, I am faithful that He will not let me fall.

I know my story ends with a happily ever after
